Karam Dosa is a Social Drama film with comedy punches. Shiva Ramachandravarapu did the main lead role and Vankayala Satyanarayana, Surya Srinivas and Chandini Raj played other important roles. Trivikram Gajulapalli directed this film and Veenaa Vedika produced it. Movie is released on 30th December, 2016.
Karam Dosa a peculiar film which lead us to a movie forward with a positive note. It will be inspirational film to those who want to do something good for the society. The movie inspire us to initiate small step which lead us to big goal.
It's a story of a unemployee (Shiva Ramachandravarapu) who always talk about big goals and big ideas but never try to initiate any of them . It's a story of a grandpa (Vankayala Satyanarayana), who walks in the foot steps of his ancestors. It's a story of a software employee (Surya Sreenivas) who is worried about his unemployed friends.
How Shiva fulfil his big dreams, What happens to Vankayala Satyanarayana who follows his ancestor's foot-steps and How Surya helps his employed friends is rest of the story.
Shiva Ramachandravarapu was recently seen as villain in 'Pittagoda' film. And in this film, he did the main lead role. He has lot of talent to prove himself. Either it is villain role or hero role, he gives his best. He is perfect for this film and he delivered with ease.
Surya Srinivas is another lead actor in this film. Though his character has no much significance in the film, he given his best. His marriage proposal episodes are hilarious.
Vankayala Satyanarayana did very important role in this film. His character is very gripping and he leads the show in second half. His one rupee saying idea on each Karam Dosa and his ancestors stories will be inspirational for many.
Kasi Vishwanath character is just OK. The friend's role is hilarious. Chandana Raj's role is very limited but hilarious. Others just did as required.
Coming to technicians, One of the popular editor Suresh Urs who worked for popular films like Bombay, Roja, Dil Se and many more has done editing for this film. Though the movie narration is very slow, editing is good in parts. Cinematography by Raja Bhattacharjee is just Ok, Songs by Siddharth Watkins are good on screen and background score by Dev Guru is gripping. G. Trivikram's story is very good but slow pace narration has spoiled the film.
Story of this film is inspirational one but screenplay and slow pack narration has spoil the whole cook.The first half of the film will test your patience but second half is saving grace for the film. The grandpa's Inspirational story and Five thousand rupees loan scene will make you emotional. Climax scene will bring smile on your face.
The movie have no commercial elements but their are many thought provoking and heart touching scenes. The director's thought about taking small steps for big goals might inspire many. Hat-off to Veenaa Vedika team to produce such kind of film in this commercial world.
Overall, Karam Dosa is good in parts and movie might inspire many to take positive steps to reach big goals. Give a Try.
