Darsakendra K Raghavendra Rao who has directed over 100 films is going to quit direction after his soon to be released spiritual movie Om Namo Venkatesaaya. The movie has Nagarjuna playing lead role as Hathiram Baba who is a fond devotee of Lord Venkateswara.
This news was revealed by Nagarjuna at the audio launch of Om Namo Venkatesaaya held on the auspicious Vaikunta Ekadasi day. Raghavendra Rao told to Nagarjuna that it will be his last film as director and hence he is making it a memorable and remarkable film for everyone who is associated with it.
ONV is 108th film of Raghavendra Rao and Nagarjuna wishes that this movie will be a classic like Manam which is his father's last movie. Om Namo Venkatesaaya is slated for release on February 10th.
